Well‑Being = Liberation

My well‑being grows from accepting what is. Wisdom comes from discernment and the cultivation of virtue. When I meet life with openness, even troubling moments become opportunities to learn.

Expectations narrow my world; releasing them expands it. A resilient, spacious mindset liberates me. As awareness grows, resistance softens, and I navigate circumstances with greater ease.

When my actions align with purpose, I feel renewed. Leaving things better than I found them affirms responsibility. Kindness becomes radical self‑care. Respectful responses foster integrity, and this care frees me.

Acceptance and “being the change” create liberation. Small intentions ripple into larger benefits. Insight brings equanimity in demanding times.

May I turn curses into blessings and find treasure in misfortune. May higher purpose guide me. May I cultivate reverence for people, places, and things. May I celebrate an expanded sense of freedom.

Applying my virtues in difficulty brings harmony. Practicing deeper self‑love strengthens compassion. Awakening, may I show up fully to what is. Balancing what I can and cannot control, may I let go and move forward. Freedom arises when I quiet my mind and listen to my heart.

My experiences become priceless when I celebrate what I’ve been given. Facing everything helps me recover; running from fear only deepens despair.

Climate change frightens me, yet addressing inner conflict helps me meet outer turmoil. Gratitude renews me. Acceptance frees me to meet whatever arises.

Fearless insight dissolves selfish emotion. When my deeds match my values, I find harmony. Service lifts me from victimhood. Kindness heals. Letting go of ego softens inner storms.

With appreciation, may I celebrate moment‑to‑moment joy. Fun and fitness become my survival tools. May I transform the unacceptable. May purpose and possibility help cure me. May I embrace comedy over tragedy. My MAP is Mindfulness At Play. In recovery, may I find the calm center of my inner hurricane. Laughing in the face of death, I foster a new life.

“When you do things from your soul, you feel a river moving in you, a joy.” — Rumi

Three  Questions

1. Can you recognize moments when your curses have revealed themselves as blessings, and how accepting the unsatisfactory has helped you grow?

2. In what ways do you experience liberation or a sense of oneness in your life?

3. As you move forward, how can you be like a pebble in a still pond — creating widening circles of positive influence?
