Mend not end our future prospects. Everyday we can celebrate preserving this fragile planet for the next generation.

Yes let's celebrate Earth Day not Earth DECAY!

Essentially we have to downsize.  Less will be more if we wisely embrace the gift of thrift.  

It is evident that climate change imperils our well-being and planetary health. Already at least 3.3 billion people’s daily lives are threatened by climate change from heat waves, diseases, extreme weather, air pollution and starvation.


Let’s embrace conservatism in all facets of our life.  Better resource management can renew dangerous waste.  New economic opportunities are bountiful if we counter our self destructive consumption. 

Proclaim Earth Day everyday.  Re-design more sustainable relationships in all your affairs. Any chance please reduce and reuse, lessen the decay.

Despair in Repair

Recently I learned that I have prostrate cancer. For many years my dermatologist has been removing this from my skin. In my recovery may I honor each day as my last. My priceless experiences comes from this celebrating what I been given. How better may I address my mortality then to Face Everything and Recover. When I Frick Everything and Run this other FEAR fosters little repair of my despair. It is challenging to deal with what is happening. Climate change profoundly terrorizes me. First addressing my inner conflicts best allows me to accept outer events. My way out of disaster is to triumph by accepting within. When I become more tolerant this attitude of gratitude renews me.  Such a resilient mindset liberates me. Acceptances frees me to whatever circumstances arise.   Fearless insights liberates me from my selfish emotions.  When my deeds and values align I find harmony. Playfully I explore fun ART: Appreciate for A; Rejoice for R; and Transform for T. It's fundamental or have fun; don't get mental.  Play and fun stimulates my sensory, physical and cognitive experiences. Also it fosters my physical, cognitive, social and emotional growth. Remember crying is laughing so grown men don't cry but growing men do. Be a kid - no kidding. Whether it is walking, hiking, birdwatching kayaking, skiing, horseback, and all sorts of other sports,  I play.
